SuperFerry makes hundreds of people wait at the terminal that the ship is canceled, stranding hundreds of families.
SuperFerry notifies their corporate Facebook page at 4pm (thank you! keep it up its free and powerful!) yet the passengers are already waiting in the terminal. The terminal keeps everyone waiting till 7pm to announce that we are delayed. Why? Maybe to sell more tickets? dunno. just thinking why make thousands of people wait overnight, kids, infants crying a mess of human tragedy.
This is what arrogance gets you, spend so much on stupid push marketing (the damn song Superferry Tayo!) comes to mind. yet cant get simple (FREE) tools like Twitter and Facebook right.
Wake the hell up guys the majority of your customers are not as lucky as me, they can't take a taxi to their family, they are stuck in the terminal eating instant noodles with their 2 screaming babies sleeping on their luggage.
