If you have ever caught a decent wave, that thrill is better than anything you have ever done. Really.

What I do in my Tech career feels the same way.

That is why I have a place here.

Silicon Valley is just a place.
It is the PEOPLE that make it GREAT.

Not a week goes by that I do not get a comment like when are you coming back to the Valley? or When are you in SF or Sydney next?

When I first decided to go here to Philippines 2005 it was because I really felt the bell curve was forming.

I soon realized this Nation its people, are really going to burst forth, 6 years ago I thought this place is going to be huge.

And it is, Philippines beat India last year in BPO.

Living Beta
We only get one shot at life, this is it, no beta versions... We are in Development AND Production what we do is live, it is right here and right now. What we do in the present at this moment and every moment after determine our future.

Good is the enemy of Greatness, and I do not want a good life or good job. We have the ability within ourselves to innovate, create, change things for the better. Cash, and Prosperity are the results of Value Creation, not VC money!
